DESCRIPTION:

At Bucketplace, we’re passionately building a lifestyle platform to help people turn their house into a home they truly love. As the operator of Ohouse, Korea’s #1 home and living app, we’ve created a new kind of experience — where content, community, and commerce come together to inspire and empower millions to bring their dream spaces to life.

Now we’re bringing Ohouse to the U.S., and we’re looking for our first U.S.-based Growth Strategy & Operations Manager — a builder, operator, and problem-solver who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and help shape the future of a category-defining brand.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments. You’ll own key parts of our U.S. growth playbook: analyzing data, refining strategies, running experiments, streamlining operations, and driving initiatives that unlock scale. You’ll be joining a small, scrappy, and mission-driven team where your ideas and execution will directly impact our success — and you’ll grow as fast as we do.

We want someone who’s smart, gritty, humble, and hungry. If you’ve been waiting for a shot to build something from scratch with a world-class team and global backing — this is it.

The US base salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco, CA is $90,000 ~ $160,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive efforts to find and refine product-market fit through continuous testing, user feedback, and data insights.
  • Lead user research (interviews, surveys, qualitative testing) and turn learnings into actionable product and growth strategies.
  • Plan and execute commerce research to understand what U.S. consumers buy, how they shop, and where Ohouse fits in.
  • Own and optimize user acquisition and marketing efforts—test creative hypotheses, lower cost-per-install, and craft campaigns that convert.
  • Collaborate with content, community, and data teams to build compelling, insight-driven growth initiatives.
  • Track performance across key KPIs, build dashboards, and uncover data-driven insights that inform strategy.
  • Streamline and automate internal operations—build tools, processes, and playbooks that help us scale efficiently.
  • Jump in wherever needed—you're a versatile problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in growth, strategy, biz ops, marketing, or data-driven roles, ideally at a startup, consumer tech company or in management consulting
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with high autonomy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using SQL, Excel/Sheets
  • Hands-on experience running user acquisition or performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on efficiency and creative testing
  • Comfortable conducting user research and turning insights into actionable product and growth strategies
  • A bias for action—you move fast, test constantly, and iterate without waiting for perfect conditions
  • A positive, curious, and collaborative mindset—you’re self-motivated and great to work with
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

If you have a passion for interior design and a desire to contribute to a growing team, we'd love to hear from you! Apply today and be part of our journey to deliver authentic inspiration to consumers.
